We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing/description, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Every order is backed by a clear, defined delivery window: 5–14 business days from the date of purchase. We are committed to fulfilling and delivering your order within this stated window.
In the rare case that a shipment is delayed beyond the stated window, or our supplier is unable to fulfill your order as described, we will proactively contact you to either (a) source a suitable replacement, or (b) issue a full and immediate refund — your choice. See Section 9 for details.

Beyond this commitment, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond this commitment, except where required by applicable law.
